Pastor Jack Lee has pastored for almost 40 years ministering in two churches, Memorial and Altamaha Baptist of Wayne County, Georgia. Answering the call to preach in 1984 also meant a call to missions. Trips to several countries has given opportunity for Pastor Jack to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in other parts of the world.
Presently Pastor Jack is serving as Interim Pastor at First Baptist Church Jesup. Considering this a God called opportunity, he will help to lead this wonderful congregation in securing their next pastor.
Pastor Jack’s most treasured people are his family. Lynn his wife, two daughters Jessica and Danielle and their families are truly blessings from God!
Earl is a native of Troy, Alabama and is married to Wanda (Hysmith) also formerly of Troy. They have two adult children and four grandchildren. He has a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in churches in Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia. His past ministry positions include education, youth ministry, preschool and children's ministry.
Hobbies are hunting, fishing, and teaching. He also enjoys spending time with his family. His passion is for each and every person to have an intentional relationship with Christ Jesus and to grow in their walk with Him through meaningful discipleship.
Creston is a native of Gum Branch (Hinesville), GA, Creston joined the staff of First Baptist in June 2007 as Minister of Music. He is a graduate of the Townsend School of Music at Mercer University, Macon where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Voice and his Master of Music in Choral Conducting and Church Music. In June of 2019, he received his Doctor of Worship Studies from the Webber Institute for Worship Studies in Jacksonville, Florida.
Before moving to Jesup, he served churches in Macon, Ga and was the director the Children's Preparatory Choir of Mercer University. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and cooking – especially backyard barbecues with family and friends. He is married to Amy Shiley Groover, a cardiac nurse practitioner and they have two daughters, Caredith and Marigrace.
Denise is a native of Jesup, Georgia and began working at First Baptist in April 2019 as the Administrative Assistant. She became the Financial Secretary at the death of her mother, Velma Dukes, in November 2020. Denise has degrees in Music, Business, and Education from Brewton Parker College and Mercer University. She has advanced degrees in both Middle School mathematics and educational leadership from Georgia Southern University, Valdosta State University, culminating with an Educational Leadership Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University. As a retired teacher, assistant principal, principal, and county-wide math coach, working on the financial side of church work was a natural career transition for her.
Denise has a daughter, Taylor, who is an orthopedic surgical Physician Assistant who works in the St. Augustine area. Both her husband, Benny, and son, Andy, have passed away. Denise is highly involved in the children’s ministry and music ministry at FBC and helps coordinate VBS each year.
Ally Miller (Allison Pinder) began serving at FBC in April of 2021, which was a homecoming of sorts. Ally was born and raised in Jesup and was a member of FBC until she married in 2015. Being a wife to Matt, and mother to Waylon, Ally loves staying home with her boys! In her free time, she also enjoys drawing, painting, photography, music, cooking, and gardening.
She has worked as a Lead Service Receptionist at a BMW dealership in Atlanta while completing a 2-year commercial photography degree. After moving back to Jesup, she worked as a Medical Service Representative and later as a Project Assistant for the Economic Development Department at Coastal Pines Technical College. She feels serving FBC and the Wayne County community is exactly where God led her to be.
Regina Robinson Parker is the daughter of Wavell and Darlene Robinson from Pavo, Georgia. She is married to Stephen Parker and has three children, Lewis, Brooks, and Peyton. Regina has taught grades six through eleven in Brunswick and Jesup. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Education degree in ELA and Social Studies. After 26 years of teaching, Regina is looking forward to retiring from Martha Puckett Middle School at the end of this academic year and beginning a new career teaching and learning in First Baptist Church’s youth department.
Regina enjoys reading, learning, walking, painting, and spending time with family and friends. She is most grateful for the love of her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, and yearns to share His redeeming love with others.

Keri is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She has lived in Jesup and been a member of FBC since 2002. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of West Georgia. She has three grown boys, three cats and two dogs.
Her hobbies include travel, camping, and beekeeping. Her passion is for discipling youth as they navigate their rapidly changing world and fostering their Biblical literacy.
She recently earned the title of widow when her husband of 31 years passed away after battling brain cancer. While he is enjoying Jesus she now enjoys telling mom jokes to the youth and eating Mexican food whenever she can.
